A truly wonderful stay at Kahya Guesthouse!
From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is peaceful, elegant, and incredibly relaxing — the perfect place to unwind while traveling through Namibia.
The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, with great attention to every detail. The garden and outdoor spaces are stunning, creating a calm and charming environment that makes the whole experience even more special.
The staff was exceptionally kind, professional, and always available with a smile, making us feel at home from the very first moment. Breakfast was excellent, fresh, and prepared with great care.
Everything was simply perfect: hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, and the overall experience. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Okahandja and I would be delighted to return.

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Wirklich einladend gestaltet mit vielen netten Details, welche die namibische Kultur betonen. Kleines eigenes Restaurant/Bar/Café mit einer übersichtlich Speisekarte. Die Gerichte sind aber sehr liebevoll zubereitet und sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Straße sorgt mitunter für entsprechenden Lärm. Einfach Stöpsel ins Ohr, das hilft.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Khaya Guesthouse. Alles sauber und eine gute Austattung. Alle Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr nett und helfen gerne weiter. Das a la carte Restaurant haben wir ebenfalls ausprobiert und hat uns überzeugt.

Super convenient coming from Etosha and not straight into the capitals craziness. There was 40min added to my trip to the airport and so worth it to stay in a super neat, clean linen, reconditioned rooms, safe parking inside, a cold beer with ice dripping of the beermug, super friendly staff clearly enjoying their work and to top it all, a basic but interesting menu with fresh produce serving us a amazing dinner and breakfast. Worth the price, the perfect stopover from or too the international airport. Gets my top 5 stars, thank you Khaya and team!!

Me and my family was in a car accident and was immediately accommodated after finishing up with the scene. When we arrived we were treated so warmly and patiently[with our two toddlers].
All 4 kids received the most delicious smash burgers with in half and hour.
Our room was comfortable and everything was amazing. The dinner and breakfast was so delicious and the staff 1000/10.
